Assembly of the Zero X is in the responsibility of Commander Casey in assembly control at the Glenn Field spaceport.
Zero X hangar; The door opens, and the hangar moves backwards, revealing the Zero X's main body, the Zero X is then moved forwards from the hangar.
Lifting Bodies Assembly[]
The main body is raised and Lifting Body 2 is moved from it's hangar into position behind the main body and the main body is then lowered, An overhead track is then extended above the main body and Lifting Body 1 is carried overhead to the main body from it's hangar.
MEV & Nose Cone Assembly[]
Before the MEV is fitted onto the main body, Commander Casey has a talk with Captain Paul Travers and the rest of the crew, after the talk, the crew is transferred into their stations on the MEV and it is then lowered from the Control Center and is moved in front of the body.
The nose cone is then raised onto the runway lift and onto the MEV.
Launch[]
After a 15 second countdown, the Zero X's engines start and the Zero-X zips down the runway and takes off.
When the Zero-X is in high atmosphere, Brad Newman separated the lifting bodies and jettisoned the nose cone before leaving Earth's atmosphere.
