Yvonne Hunter (formerly Yvonne Cutler; August 9th, 1937 - November 30th, 2013) was a puppet operator on Thunderbirds (season 1 at least); she is known to have worked on the first episode Trapped in the Sky.
Hunter previously worked for Gerry and Sylvia Anderson on Supercar (1960-61), Fireball XL5 (1962-63), and Stingray (1963-64). Originally from Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, she was one half of a dance duo before moving to the south of England to work at AP Films.
She married fellow puppeteer Eddie Hunter in 1962, however they divorced some years later. She left AP Films in the 1960s (during or after the production of Thunderbirds) and married again in 1974, this time to a Frederick Baldock, who unfortunately passed away 14 years later. At some point, Yvonne relocated to New Zealand. Some time later, she moved to Canada, where she lived until she died on 30 November 2013, aged 76.
