In Danger At Ocean Deep, the massive tanker Ocean Pioneer II is adrift within a mysterious fog bank... its engines dead, and its crew trapped inside.
It's up to International Rescue to locate and save them - as Scott blasts off in Thunderbird 1, Virgil prepares to follow him in Thunderbird 2 - and his brother John, home on his monthly leave from Thunderbird 5, gets the call to go with him!
Crew Rescue from Ocean Pioneer II[]
As Virgil and John arrive at the danger zone, the fog's become even thicker...and the surrounding sea is boiling ominously. From TB2, John is lowered by ladder to the ship's deck and meets up with Scott, who's cutting through the sealed door of OPII's Bridge. The two brothers find the ship's crew inside, unconscious, and bring them outside onto the deck. John guides Virgil, who again lowers the ladder for his brother and the crew. TB2 and TB1 (only barely) get clear, as the marooned tanker finally explodes behind them.
