Vic is a character from Earthbreaker. He is the driver of the mining vehicle that gets trapped at the bottom of a deep crevice when the Mechanic and his giant earthbreaking machine comes through. When International Rescue arrive he refuses to leave, but Scott Tracy works around that issue by removing the driver's chair he is still strapped into.
Vic was voiced by David Graham.
