Vault of Death is a televised adaptation of Vault of Death narrated by Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward.
It was made by Century 21 Films, and was originally released for Thunderbirds Day in 2019, but it was blocked off by ITV. However, just like Trapped in the Sky, it was re-released by Century 21 Films on their official YouTube channel in 2023.

- When Virgil and Alan used their hoverbikes through the disused London Underground system, a skeleton of a ticket officer was digitally edited into the set of Piccadilly Circus. The skeleton originally appeared very briefly in The Uninvited.
- Thunderbird 1's landing at City of London Heliport is stock footage from 30 Minutes After Noon.
- At the very end of the episode, Lady Penelope explains that Light-Fingered Fred was placed back inside Parkmoor Scrubs after his break-in at the Bank of England.
