- "In the London Control Tower, they could hardly believe their eyes when they picked me up on their radar screens..."
— Scott Tracy
"Thunderbird 1" is a gramophone record released by Century 21 Records in April 1966, and their third relating to Thunderbirds. It is an adaptation of Trapped in the Sky, and features a first-person account by Thunderbird 1 pilot Scott Tracy of the events surrounding International Rescue's very first mission.
For Thunderbirds Day 2019, the story was re-edited back into an episode by Century 21 Films, with newly shot linking footage of Scott aboard Thunderbird 5 for the narration scenes.
