"The Return of Mr Steelman" is a Lady Penelope comic story, first published in TV Century 21 in 15 parts over issues 20-34.

As the title suggests, this story saw the return of Mr. Steelman, introduced in Lady Penelope's first story, and confirmed he was indeed human, rather than purely robotic.

Plot

The extensive vaults below the ruined Banque Nationale de France have become the new workshops of the world's public enemy Number One - Mr Steelman - where he is building an army of robots to pull off the world's greatest robbery.

Trivia

• The opening of the story introduces a ruined Paris, which is said to have been destroyed two months prior. The destruction of the city had been seen in the part 6 of the Stingray strip Curse of the Crustavons, published in TV Century 21 issue 13.
