"The Isle of Arran Riddle" is a Lady Penelope comic story, first published as a nine-parter in TV Century 21 between issues 35 - 43.
In somewhat of a departure to the tone of the others strips, The Isle of Arran Riddle took a Lady Penelope and Parker on a treasure hunt in Scotland. Each part's "cliffhanger" would end with a new clue/riddle being discovered, and the comic would encourage readers to attempt to solve it before the next week's issue.
Plot[]
Lady Penelope's grand-uncle, Lord Neddy Clingsdale, has passed away and left her with a sizeable inheritance. Reflecting his nature, Lord Clingsdale has not made it easy and set his grand-neice on a treasure hunt to locate it. What should be a fun few weeks for Lady Penelope and Parker takes a sharp turn as they realise they are not the only ones after it.

Reprint History[]
The story first reappeared again in Thunderbirds The Comic from issue 15 through to 23, where it alternated between the titles of The Isle of Arran Riddle and The Isle of Arran Mystery.
In 2013, it was part of the first volume of Thunderbirds: The Comic Collection under the Riddle name, alongside several other Lady Penelope and Thunderbirds stories from TV21.

- The story is said to start a week after Lady Penelope returns from Germany, which is where the finale of The Return of Mr Steelman took place.
