Featured Article[]

Do you reckon that we should have a featured article? It could change every fortnight or something. This is just a suggestion. Guyus24 (talk) 23:43, December 28, 2014 (UTC)

A "Featured Article" each month or so (along with a daily "On This Day In Thunderbirds History" section) is something I've been pondering over as well. Could be worth giving a go. PaulAgnew (talk) 06:02, December 29, 2014 (UTC)
Doing an "On This Day In Thunderbirds History" could be hard... We'd need someone to be in charge of updating it PLUS we'd need something to put on it every day. It might be easier doing it fortnightly, then we could have production episodes and things like that... But it's a good idea nonetheless. guyus24 (talk) Sorry I'm late folks, had to milk the cows before I left! 06:43, December 29, 2014 (UTC)
Can't say I'm too familiar with Elder Scrolls, but having checked out their main page layout, it looks good, and can serve as a fine basis.
As for 'On This Day', it would surprise me if Wikia haven't already worked out a system or widget where the date ticks over automatically to display the next day's trivia.
Some time ago, I started compiling information if this would ever be a thing, and while the early and late months look good, the middle months are pretty bare. Guess the Thunderbirds crew went into hybernation (or fell asleep at the beach depending on your hemispheres) during that season. PaulAgnew (talk) 03:45, December 30, 2014 (UTC)

Black vs Blue[]

Where it says "1,332 articles, and 12,692 files", the word articles is black (plain text), but the word files is blue (part of the link). I wonder why that is. --Sigmund 2014 (talk) 00:26, October 3, 2016 (UTC)

I've gone and made articles part of the link so it looks a bit even. Thanks for the pickup!

FAB1 models[]

Hi, I will ask you experts something regarding the Lady Penelope FAB1 models made by Corgi and Dinky Toys. Is it true that the small winged victory over the engine radiator is not always present? It looks to me that only the Dinky model has it, and the first Corgi issue of the 2003. Can you help me?! Thanks.

Hi. Have you seen this article: Dinky Toys? There's a FAB 1 section with all the original releases. There's one user on the wiki who is an absolute expert at Thunderbirds merchandise. He is expecting a book on the topic to be out soon, and you can contact him here. If anyone will know the answer, he will!
Thanks for the question,
Guyus24Talk21:07, 23.1.2017
Hi.. All orignal Dinky FAB, had the winged victory, but only the first issue of the Corgi version (2003.) Both 2005 and the 20115 models has a small bump in its place.  The Dinky version is very hard to find with the winged victory still attached, as they were very fragile and came off easy in young hands. Expect to pay top dollar for one its its orignal condition also beware there are a lot of restoration pieces for sale..

News[]

I think the news section needs updating.. the most recent piece of news is that TB Wiki has reached 2,100 pages. The wiki now has 2,328 pages, so why no mention of the 2,200 and 2,300 milestones? Ashley400 TalkWork 10:56, September 2, 2017 (UTC)

Mistake[]

"The wiki format allows anyone to create or edit any article, so we can all work together to create the site." This implies that Thunderbirds Wiki has yet to be created, which is not correct. Might need rectifying... Ashley400 TalkWork 12:45, October 26, 2017 (UTC)

Background Scott[]

This is the Scott puppet we have in our Wiki background image. It's not an original puppet from the classic series, it's a Fleetway Poster Magazine puppet. I think we should change it. --Sigmund 2014 (talk) 13:17, December 1, 2019 (UTC)

How curious. I think Welton has access to the layered original, not me. Is there another high-res pic of Scott you had in mind?
