I think she may have been based on Queen Elizabeth "Liz" The Second. This would explain why they seem to think it's funny to portray her as the most lower class person in the whole wide world (in Vault Of Death at least). Sigmund 2014 (talk) 09:34, 19 August 2022 (UTC)
- It also explains why they set up this dramatic "Face Reveal" for her. She's standing with her back to the camera when we first see her, and when she turns around in super closeup, we mysteriously get this huge humorous sound effect.
