The new Red Arrow fighter plane was under test by the World Space Control. "Red Arrow 1" was piloted by Race. Unfortunately it had been sabotaged by The Hood, and crashed into the hangars at London Airport Military Facility, killing the pilot. The Red Arrow project had at least one other jet (Red Arrow 2).
