Professor Marshall is a character from Ricochet. She is a professor at Sentinel Base, a computer-aided rocket launching site. During the launch of Telsat 4, the upper and lower parts of the rocket fail to detach and she orders Power to detonate it in space. Unfortunately it detonates in close proximity to the KLA satellite.
