The Paradise Peaks Hotel is a location that figured largely in The Cham-Cham.

Perched high up in the Swiss alps, access is by cable car and according to Tin-Tin, it is commonly described as "the highest hotel in Europe".

Trivia[]

Not only is the Duchess of Royston at the hotel, her portrait is hanging on the wall of Cass Carnaby's room, and on the office wall of International Artistes Management Ltd.
Maxie gets around too, he is also seen in the hotel reception.
This was the first time a Marina puppet appeared in Thunderbirds. It was apparently timed to coincide with the publication of an image of her on the cover of issue nine of the Lady Penelope magazine.

Ma Tuttle wears the Duchess of Royston's tiara from the end of The Duchess Assignment, Lady Penelope's pink dinner dress from The Perils of Penelope and Penelope's furcoat from various episodes.
The hotel building was seen again at London International Airport in Alias Mr. Hackenbacker.
