Oliver is a character from Space Race. He is the manager of the London Archive, which holds, among other things, the kill codes for abandoned stealth mines left in space from the Global Conflict of 2040. He is a massive fan of Lady Penelope and her famous travelling companion Sherbet.
Oliver was voiced by Kayvan Novak.
