The Mountain Pod is a mountain terrain vehicle configured using the Earth POD chassis. The Mountain Pod has six transport legs on the sides, and two nanocrete containers at the back connected to two hose arms at the front.
Launch Sequence[]
To launch the Mountain Pod, the operator steps on the platform in Thunderbird 2’s cockpit, lowering them into the module. They then select the Mountain Pod configuration. Robotic arms attach the transport legs to the sides, the nanocrete containers to the back and the hose arms to the front. Once configured, the operator gets into the Earth Pod and the module door opens, ready for the Mountain Pod to be deployed.
