The Melbourne Herald reporter is a character from The Mighty Atom.
The local press were taken on a bus tour of the new Atomic Irrigation Station in the outback of Australia. On board the bus were a number of reporters working for the Melbourne Herald Newspaper, along with several others, a tour guide, and a bus driver.
He also attended the press conference given by General Speyer along with Eddie Kerr.
