Malloy is a crooked oil rig supervisor who didn't have any or little concern for his workers when a storm was brewing close to his oil rig. When Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward arrived, revealing herself to be the new owner of his oil rig, he wasn't pleased to hear that; nor was he impressed when she explained her intentions for the 'old' oil rig to be converted into a new solar plant. Also, when Doyle, one of the workers on the oil rig, revealed that she was now going to work for Lady Penelope, Malloy decided to make things very difficult for Lady Penelope. Not only did he throw Doyle overboard and trapped the other workers inside a room with water flooding in, he also caused the rig to catch fire and fall apart, placing immense pressure on the oil pipe. Then, he left with his only faithful colleague aboard the only lifeboat. However, when the lifeboat ran out of fuel, Malloy was finally caught by the Global Defence Force, and placed under arrest.
