The untitled 14th Lady Penelope comic story was published in the Lady Penelope as a six-part story, between issues 60 and 65 in 1967.

It saw the brief return of the Hood to the Lady Penelope series after The Vanishing Ray, as well as Jeff Tracy (last seen in Down Under!), and, for the first time, Thunderbirds 2 and 4.

Production wise, it would see John M. Burns take over artistic duties from the usual Frank Langford. Burns' next contribution to the series was in 2014 - some 47 years later - for the one-off revival of TV Century 21, for a story which would also feature the Hood.

Synopsis[]

Lady Penelope wishes to slip under the radar for a while, and organises a holiday to the Bahamas in FAB 2. However, a freak storm knocks them off course and towards a remote island, which, to her shock surprise, features an exact replica of Creighton-Ward Mansion. Adding to the shock is the fact that another Lady Penelope and Parker are also on the island, ready to swap places with their real counterparts.
