The International Space Control Commander is a character from Ricochet. He is in charge of the government entity responsible for monitoring and controlling space traffic, including the location and position of ISC registered satellites.

KLA, being a pirate station, was not registered with ISC, with near disastrous consequences.

• The controller wears the same USAF badge/uniform, as Hitchins, seen in The Cham-Cham.

• The puppet that plays the ISC Commander makes a cameo appearance in Alias Mr. Hackenbacker as a fashion buyer at Francois Lemaire's Fashion Show. In Give or Take a Million it appeared as the Launch Supervisor. In Thunderbirds Are Go (film) it played a Space Board member.
