International Space Control (ISC) is the Government entity responsible for monitoring and controlling space traffic, including the location and position of ISC registered satellites.
In Ricochet, ISC were contacted to allocate safe co-ordinates for the destruction of a Telsat 4 rocket. It had gone out of control when launched from Sentinel Base. KLA, being a pirate station, was not registered with ISC, with near disastrous consequences.
