Hayley Edmonds is a sales director of a solar station orbiting the Earth. She was very keen in demonstrating its power to Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward, so she pressured Kinnear in powering up the solar station. However, when the solar station was releasing so much high voltage down into the atmosphere, Hayley didn't care at all about the predicament they've caused, so much so that she highly refused to help her employee and Lady Penelope in solving the problem. In fact, she just took a capsule back to Earth, leaving everyone else on board.
However, she was eventually tracked down by the GDF who placed her under arrest.
