Guiterrez is a San Martino police officer seen in Path Of Destruction. He was tasked with helping civilians evacuate the San Martino village and, later, he went to the dam to see what he could do to help.

- The Gutierrez puppet also played the part of the Victor Gomez in Move - And You're Dead, and of the Foreign Airforce Lieutenant in The Cham-Cham. In Edge Of Impact, it played the Foreign Fighter Jet Pilot. In The Impostors, it put in a cameo at the scene of the fake rescue, and another one later, aboard Fireflash. In The Duchess Assignment, it was seen in the Departure Lounge - London Airport. In Alias Mr. Hackenbacker, it played Mason. It makes a cameo appearance in Lord Parker's 'Oliday, attending the Fancy Dress party dressed in a poncho. In Thunderbird 6, it is seen taking part in Operation "Ambush" at Black Phantom's base.
