The goon is a character from Touch And Go, who worked as a henchman. He was stationed at the CATCH facility when the Hood shut it down to cover up a large theft of Alsterene.
When Kayo infiltrated the facility to power it back online, she found the goon communicating with the Hood. Against the wishes of Scott and John Tracy, she refused to wait for the GDF and took the situation into her own hands, knocking out the goon and then interrogating him when he woke up.
The goon was voiced by sound designer Nigel Heath.
