Goddard is a character from Edge Of Impact. He is the pilot who takes a Skyhawk to Tracy Island, and the new Red Arrow for its second test flight after Race's death. The second prototype jet had the same difficulty as Red Arrow 1. This time, Goddard took crash dive positions and ejected leaving his plane to its fate.
Goddard was voiced by Matt Zimmerman.
