General Speyer is a general in the army who appears in The Mighty Atom.

A press conference was called by General Speyer to announce the drifting of the atomic cloud that was moving towards Melbourne, this was after the destruction of the Atomic plant by The Hood.

• The same puppet also played the part of the Captain - W.N.S Atlantic in Atlantic Inferno, of General Lambert in The Impostors, and of Colonel Jameson in Cry Wolf. It appears three times in The Duchess Assignment: twice as a gambler (first and second visits), and as a passenger aboard Fireflash. It also puts in a cameo in Move - And You're Dead as a car mechanic.
