The Gecko Pod is a four-legged (or six-legged) walker Pod configuration that is used in structural repair. Its legs allow it to climb vertical surfaces.
Launch Sequences[]
To launch using the POD, the operator steps on the platform in Thunderbird 2’s cockpit, lowering them into the module. They then select the Gecko Pod configuration. Robotic arms attach the robotic repair arms to the front, and the transport legs to the sides, as well as the nanocrete containers to the back if required. Once configured, the operator gets into the POD, and the module door opens, ready for the Gecko Pod to be deployed.
To launch using the Earth Pod, the operator steps on the platform in Thunderbird 2’s cockpit, lowering them into the module. They then select the Gecko Pod configuration. Robotic arms attach the robotic repair arms to the front, and the transport legs to the sides. Once configured, the operator gets into the Earth Pod, and the module door opens, ready for the Gecko Pod to be deployed.

Weather or Not[]
Gordon used the walker for attempting to repair a tall tower that was being attacked by weather drones, developed by Langstrom Fischler, the drones were causing structural damage to the tower. While inspecting the tower a drone spotted the Pod and attacked it causing Gordon to fall out of the cockpit and nearly fall to his doom. He was later rescued by Virgil.
Power Play[]
When a power surge at the Grand Sequoia Dam caused a large crack to appear in the Dam face, Virgil used the six legged configuration of the Pod to repair the crack with nanocrete. The Pod was attacked by a Scorpion Mecha but was able to stay attached, however a large burst of water swept the Pod off the Dam face and carried it downstream but it was recovered and brought back where it was able to fix the crack.
