"First on the Scene!" is the 42nd Thunderbirds related story published in the A21 news series.

Published as an April Fool's joke, the contents of the story are not considered to be a valid narrative source due to its obvious parodic nature. Spectrum, the Stingray vessel and Commander Shore are also mentioned, making this story a crossover with Stingray and Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons.
