The first casino croupier is a character from The Duchess Assignment. He was in charge of Lady Penelope's table on the night of the Duchess of Royston's first visit to the French casino. He also worked at the casino on the night of the Duchess' second visit.
The first casino croupier was voiced by Peter Dyneley.
