This is a list of missions that Virgil Tracy is in.

Ring of Fire Part 1[]

After rescuing a falling air balloonist and his son from a violent storm, Virgil and Gordon are sent out to rescue an undersea research lab team from a series of earthquakes that have made the ground unstable beneath the lab. Using Thunderbird 2, Virgil grapples the lab (with the help of Scott in Thunderbird 1) to try and hold it steady while Gordon rescues the scientists from inside.

Ring of Fire Part 2[]

After the Hood sets off earthquakes around the Ring of Fire, Scott and Virgil were sent to Taipei to prevent a solar collector dish from burning the city. After hearing workers were still trapped under the dish, Virgil was sent in to rescue them, while Scott cut through the dish's support arm, sending the dish crashing to the ground towards the city.

Crosscut[]

Virgil and Scott are sent out to investigate an open uranium mine. While Scott reaches the scene first, Virgil eventually arrives in Thunderbird 2 - he configures the Mole pod and rescues Scott and his mystery 'sightseer' from the mine.

Fireflash[]

After being told to 'stay put', Virgil, Gordon and Alan fly out in Thunderbird 2 to assist Scott. When the elevator pods fail to help Fireflash to land, Virgil uses the electromagnetic cables to pull the plane to a standstill on the runway.

Unplugged[]

Virgil and Grandma are meeting up with Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward in London when a EMF generator cuts the power out to the entire city and anything over it (including Thunderbird 2). With the help of Grandma Tracy, they both track down the source of the power disruption and put a stop to it.

EOS[]

When the boys are told that there are no rescues to be had, Virgil sneaks off to do maintenance on Thunderbird 2 as he knows what's in store for the rest of his siblings on their day off. After Scott discovers that John is in serious trouble and that no calls for help have been answered creating a serious backlog, he and Gordon along with Scott all fly out to preform the much needed rescues.

Slingshot[]

When John comes down to give them the bad new about Alan and Kayo, Virgil puts John's worries back into place by saying that Alan and Kayo are quite capable and know what to do when a situation goes bad.

Tunnels of Time[]

After John looses communications with Gordon and Lady Penelope, Virgil and Scott leave to investigate only to find them trapped inside the temple. They send in a snake cam to help them find their way to the nearest exit to the surface and as the temple begins to collapse, Virgil removes the top rock from the temple in Thunderbird 2 and lifts Gordon, Penelope and Parker to safety.

Skyhook[]

Gordon has trouble trying to repair the weather station, so Virgil tries to steady it with Thunderbird 2 when a static shock shorts out Thunderbird 2's systems, causing it to go into a dive. Gordon re-docks with the stricken craft and takes over the controls, leaving Virgil powerless to assist in the rescue any further.

Under Pressure[]

A toxic waste extraction platform on the oceans bottom starts to malfunction and becomes out of control of the unfortunate driver Ned Tedford. Gordon, with the assistance of Virgil in Thunderbird 2, has to separate the driver's cabin from the toxic cargo and then stop the waste from going over the edge of an underwater cliff into deeper waters.

Heavy Metal[]

After discovering that a meteor that had crashed down in New Geneva was a Global Defence Force satellite, Virgil and Gordon are called in to assist in stopping the Supreme Hadron Collider by air lifting Thunderbird 4 down into the gravity well to disable it. Thunderbird 2 wind up getting into trouble remaining stable in the gravity field and with the help of Thunderbird 1 (and Alan's pod) is able to stabilise enough for Thunderbird 4 to fire missiles at the collider.

Falling Skies[]

Virgil retrieves Gordon in Thunderbird 4 so they can preform a high altitude passenger drop-off with Thunderbird 3.

Breakdown[]

It's Virgil's birthday and he's been sent out on a solo rescue to an ice shelf to investigate a breakdown, only to find that it's deep in the ice. After having a run in with Doctor Peck, he learns that they were down there trying to find something that would aid in a cure for his daughter's illness and offers to aid him.

Heist Society[]

When the train section is ready to be lifted from under the sea, Virgil pulls it the rest of the way to the surface in Thunderbird 2.

Recharge[]

When a power station in the Arctic circle starts to overload, Virgil and Scott are sent out to try and prevent it from becoming a disaster. While MAX happens to be the one who saves the day, Virgil has to have a serious talk with Scott about his recklessness and offers his brother some compassion and a reminder that he is only human and is needed to be there for his brothers.

Extraction[]

An illegal gas extraction platform is discovered by Robert Williams and his son Aidan, and they become trapped in the cabin under the platform. While Gordon is busy preforming the rescue, Virgil cuts the platform into sections so he is able to lift parts of it to prevent it from falling through the ground while Gordon is busy with getting the Williams' out.

The Hexpert[]

Scott and Virgil are recruited to help find a safe location to drop a large reinforced tirinium vault that houses unstable anti-matter after Parker informs Colonel Casey that he can't contain the explosion. Together they remove the vault from the building and drop it down a nearby mine shaft.

Chain of Command[]

After rescuing the GDF from a serious bridge disaster, a high up official from the GDF imposes restrictions on International Rescue, which prevents Virgil and his brothers from preforming rescues. When Thunderbird 2 is forcibly grounded with them all inside, they all make the decision that while they have to respect authority, if it prevents them from saving lives then they will risk being labeled as outlaws to be able to preform their duty.

Touch And Go[]

When the air traffic control system C.A.T.C.H is taken offline, Scott and Virgil are sent out to safe a cargo plane from crashing down to earth after a mid-air collision with another plane. Scott dives down to the plane to get inside and secure the safety of the pilot before trying to land the plane, only to have Virgil in Thunderbird 2 assist in a forced landing when the plane looses both its wings on the way down.

Legacy[]

As Kayo is trying to tell the brothers something important about herself and her family, the boys all get call outs to rescues at various locations around the world. Upon arrival, Virgil finds the mine empty, but instead finds a bomb ready to detonate. When the bomb is deactivated, he returns to Thunderbird 2 only to have the craft under the control of the Hood. After the control is reset and given back to the Tracys, Virgil rushes to Tracy Island and helps aid in the destruction of the Hood's ship and the arrest of their enemy.

Earthbreaker[]

A geological survey team looking for Scandium ore gets trapped when a huge earth-breaking vehicle, controlled by a villain known only as the Mechanic, causes them to fall into a narrow crevice. Thunderbirds 1 and 2 are dispatched, but later Thunderbird Shadow joins the crew after the Mechanic takes out several GDF fliers. Thunderbird 2 is attacked from the Earthbreaker as Virgil tries to move in for the rescue and has no choice but to crash-land back on Tracy Island.

City Under the Sea[]

At Bay City, a town that was flooded due to global warming, the Mechanic, in a crab shaped submarine, is searching thought the ruins of the Creighton-Ward building for a safe containing the plans for Parkmoor Scrubs prison, so he can help the Hood to break out of it. As he smashes his way through some of the debris, it collides with a rental sub, which is being hired by the Sullivan family, coursing it to crash onto the seabed. While Gordon and Kayo work together to rescue the family, Lady Penelope and Parker try to get to the safe before the Mechanic gets to it first.

Up from the Depths Part 1[]

A survey vehicle stalls at the bottom of the Marianas Trench, just as it discovers an International Rescue prototype vehicle once flown by Jeff Tracy. Gordon takes Thunderbird 4 down to save the crew however, danger awaits in the form of an old foe.

Up from the Depths Part 2[]

After the Mechanic's ship flees the scene with the TV-21, Scott chases after it but Thunderbird 1 is unable to grab the enemy ship and suffers damage. The Mechanic then steals a GDF vault containing iridium, with Ned Tedford inside, and sends his ship into space. With two Thunderbirds out of commission, Thunderbird 3, with help from MAX, is modified with weapons so that Alan can fight the ship while Scott tries to recover the vault and the TV-21. Meanwhile, Kayo, Lady Penelope and Parker head for Scotland to search for the Mechanic.

Lost Kingdom[]

Impact[]

Using a remote controlled rocket booster Langstrom Fischler tries to bring a comet into Earth's orbit so he can mine it. When the rocket doesn't fire the comet ends up on a collision course with both the Earth and Globe One, a GDF space station with Captain Ridley O'Bannon aboard. While Alan and Virgil take Thunderbird 3 up to the comet and find a way to destroy it, John and EOS use Thunderbird 5 to help O'Bannon to move Global One out of the comet's path.

High Strung[]

John detects a high altitude balloon heading straight for the Southern Alps in New Zealand and is unable to contact the pilot. At first everyone suspects that Francois Lemaire is the pilot, but when Scott boards the craft he discovers that the pilot is a teenager named Brandon Berrenger, who works for Lemaire. When the balloon crashes on top of a mountain Scott and Brandon have to use Brains' new invention, RAD, to get down.

Weather or Not[]

When Langstrom Fischler shows off some new weather drones for a group of investors on a control tower, they start malfunctioning and begin to zap anyone and anything in their path. International Rescue arrive and with the help of Brains, Penelope, Parker and Kayo they find a way to make the drones self-destruct before disaster endures - with Fischler failing to impress his investors.

Volcano![]

Grandma Tracy catches Virgil on his return flight to Tracy Island and informs him that Brains needs assistance back at the volcano Hromundartdinhurmindur. After putting the mole pods into automatic control he goes to try and evacuate the guests staying at the nearby hotel where he is sassed by the desk clerk before pointing to Thunderbird 2 smugly as his proof of being with International Rescue.

Power Play[]

Virgil takes the Gecko pod and tries to seal up the dry side of the dam, only to be washed down away when the hole gets too big on Gordon's side of the dam. Both brothers end up washed further down stream with Alan in the bulldozer pod before Kayo arrives with extra strength cement for them to attempt to reseal the dam again.

Bolt From the Blue[]

Virgil and Thunderbird 2 attempt to save the crew and a panda on the cargo plane. Due to the solar energy station, lightning bolts come down and hit Thunderbird 2. Thunderbird 2's systems are restarted and Thunderbird 1 takes the damage so that Virgil and Gordon can perform the rescue. In the end, the crew and the panda are successfully rescued.

Grandma Tourismo[]

Virgil and Grandma are out resupplying the island when a distress call comes in. They both go to the rescue site, being a mine that is in danger of collapsing. Another distress call is detected in the sand storm so Thunderbird 2 with out its module is auto piloted over. In the end, it's Grandma who saves the workers when Virgil is forced to keep the mine structure up.

Clean Sweep[]

Virgil, with Thunderbird 2's laser, is able to cut a section of the atmospheric cleaning machine so Thunderbird 1 can go inside for the rescue. When FAB 1 is too high in the air, Virgil saves Parker and Sherbet by lowering Thunderbird 2's module in mid-air.

Inferno[]

Virgil scrambles inside the burning tower and helps the firemen extinguish the flames inside. He and one of the firemen later attach laser cutters on the top of the building and cut the top off with the people inside. Thunderbird 2 takes the top away and releases the toxic fire extinguishers inside the tower.

Home on the Range[]

Virgil first appears when he is testing out Brain's new gecko gloves. He later assists in the rescue, and then back in the ranch.

Long Haul[]

When the International Rescue realise they need another Thunderbird in space, they send Virgil and Thunderbird 2 into space to replace a vital component in the space hub. When Conrad is free, he and Virgil leave in Thunderbird 2. When Thunderbird 2 can't handle the heat in the atmosphere, Conrad has an idea to save Thunderbird 2.

Rigged for Disaster[]

When Thunderbird Shadow isn't strong enough to lift up the rig, Virgil in Thunderbird 2 arrives to pull the rig up, however Virgil can't get a lock. Kayo tells him to send the grapples down to her, which she connects to Thunderbird Shadows spoiler as Thunderbird Shadow's claws can get a grip on the rig. Together Virgil and Kayo are able to lift the rig.
