"Mr. Stutt" was a bogus producer and cover disguise used by the Hood in order to hoodwink Bletcher and Goldheimer into filming Martian Invasion (or rather to film Thunderbirds 1 and 2)

The Stolen Film[]
Having gotten Kyrano to turn off the Automatic Camera Detector, The Hood (posing as Mr. Stutt) films the rescue of the men trapped inside the water filled cave. He then makes off to General X's house with the stolen film, with Scott and Virgil following in hot pursuit.
