Fairy Doll was a magical being who once encountered Candy and Andy.
One day, while reading about the adventures of Thunderbirds with her brother Andy, Candy said that she would love to meet Mr Tracy. Immediately, Fairy Doll suddenly appeared. She imbued Candy and Andy's carpet with magic properties and, with a wave of her wand, sent it flying across the cities and over the seas to Tracy Island. After Jeff gave the two children a full tour of the island, they flew home on the magic carpet.
