Paul Travers places Jennings, with glasses, into a headlock
Colonel Jennings is an astronaut who very briefly succeded Paul Travers as the captain of Zero X in Prisoners of the Star.
After Paul Travers is arrested for treason and sentenced to death, Jennings is promoted to the helm of the Zero X spacecraft by the Solar System Exploration Centre and is scheduled to sit in on a training flight. Unknown to Jennings however, is that an escaped Paul Travers, in league with fellow criminal Edward Corgan, plan on hijacking the Zero X in order to re-route her to Jupiter in order to gather evidence that will assure both of their freedoms. Stowing away the night before, Paul waits until just before the craft takes off on its training flight before suprising Jennings and evicting him from the ship. Outraged, Jennings does the best he can to alert the controllers at Glenn Field to the mutiny, but he is too late to stop the craft's take off.
After Paul returns from Jupiter, he is exonerated and returned to the Zero X command - removing Jennings from the post.
