Trivia[]
- The Mechanic is seen without a mask on at the end of the episode, during his imprisonment in the Hex space station.
- This is the first time to use The Mechanic's Theme instead of the 'closing titles' march.
- This is only the second time that the Gecko Gloves are used. The first time was Home on the Range which was the same episode as when they were originally tested. Gordon used them when trying to shut down the elevator.
- This is the first rescue in which Thunderbird 1, 2 and 3 are used in the same mission.
- Alan states that he's going to help by "pulling a few strings", which is an obvious reference to the classic series.
Goofs[]
- When The Hood learns that The Mechanic is inside the Hex space station, he states that his signals (his cybernetic eye) won't reach him there. However, in Brains vs. Brawn, he was able to use his cybernetic eye to control The Mechanic when he was in space aboard Project Sentinel.
