The imposter Carter is a character from the film Thunderbird 6. He assumed the real steward Carter's identity after he had been shot dead by the gang leader.
Later in the film, he is shot by Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward and Parker. As he falls, a stray bullet from his gun hits and damages the gravity compensators, dooming Skyship One.
Carter is voiced by Keith Alexander.
