Biography[]
After the top-secret AL4 plans are stolen, Carela and his partner-in-crime Jenkins hide out in an old mine, but are tracked down by International Rescue agent Jeremiah Tuttle. Jeff sends Lady Penelope to investigate, and with help from Jeremiah and Ma's beans, the crooks are captured.
