Barbara Feldman is/was presumably an American voice actress. She came on board Turbocharged Thunderbirds as the third and second voices of Lady Penelope and Tin-Tin respectively. It's likely that she voiced a number of other female characters as well.

- The identity of Barbara Feldman has remained a mystery for two decades. Maybe she could be this Barbara Feldman. Or maybe this one. Given the film credit, it's more than likely this one, but we simply don't know.
