After The Hood takes off with his stolen photos of Thunderbird 1 - and the London International Airport police lose him in a chase - Scott Tracy places a call from his Mobile Control Centreto International Rescue, England...

...and the secret organization's London agent, Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward. It's now up to her, to take up the pursuit.

Setting off from her home in Foxley Heath in FAB 1 - her pink Rolls-Royce - she and chauffer Parker run down the Hood on the M1 heading for Birmingham. On a quiet stretch of the motorway, Parker takes aim with the car's grill-mounted machine gun - and blows the Hood's car off the road! As the vehicle crashes down an embankment, the picture-film is ruined...

Although FAB 1 gives chase, the criminals reach their hideout and escape. But Deborah's troubles are far from over - and will soon involve International Rescue...
