Company name as seen on the Fireflash
Air Terrainean (A.T.) - an airline company appearing in Thunderbirds Are Go! - has a large and diverse fleet, which comprises a network of passenger and freight services.
Headquartered in England, A.T. serves many destinations around the world from their hub London - including Sydney, Tokyo, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Rio de Janeiro as well as others across the Americas, Africa and Asia.
Fleet[]
The Fireflash - Air Terrainean's passenger liner, and flagship aircraft - features most prominently in the sizable A.T. fleet. However, there are several other notable types of aircraft, which include:
- The Botchley Skyliner
- Freight aircraft
- Several other aircraft
The various A.T. aircraft sport futuristic and unique colour-schemes and designs. Passenger aircraft have a Egyptian-blue, light-gray and dark-gray paint job. Freight aircraft can have red, white and blue; while others feature white with a baby-blue stripe.

Fireflash[]
The Hood, disguised as Captain Hanson, hijacks a Fireflash plane in order to get his hands on its advanced technology. Regrettably for him, his niece Kayo is onboard its maiden flight. The passengers are sedated, the aircraft is cloaked and radio communications are silenced.
After a brief struggle with his niece, the Hood takes the sole escape pod and Kayo is forced to crash-land the plane in a decommissioned spaceport in the Gobi Desert...
Touch and Go[]
After the CATCH air-traffic control system is taken offline by the Hood, a cargo plane piloted by Captain Jane Carter collides with another plane and suffers major damage. Scott and Virgil Tracy are deployed to get Jane back safely...
Heavy Metal[]
After a malfunction at the Quantum Research Center, a gravity well affects a Skyliner passenger aircraft. Scott in Thunderbird 1 accelerates to 9g to cancel out the enhanced gravity and tows the plane out, with no injuries onboard...
Uniforms and Emblems[]
Because of Air Terrainean's far -reaching network, a large range of uniforms are required.
Fireflash[]
The uniforms worn by crew members of Fireflash are very modern and stylish and are unique among the fleet. They are dark blue/navy blue with 2 buttons. A hat is worn with pilot's wings on the crown of the hat and on the left breast. There are pockets towards the bottom of the shirt and matching blue pants.
Cargo Aircraft[]
Uniforms worn by pilots of cargo aircraft are very similar to Fireflash's crew uniforms. The major differences being the lack of pilots wings and hats. Copilots of cargo aircraft wear the same uniform as Fireflash pilots, bar the tie. The pilot wears a navy jumper with a left breast pocket instead of a blazer.
Skyliner[]
Pilots of the Botchley Skyliner wear a generic uniform which is shared with other aircraft pilots. This uniform consists of a grey hat with an emblem, a light blue jumper, and a collared white shirt. A tie can be worn with this uniform.
