The AL4 Project was a top secret design for a new strategic fighter, capable of speeds similar to that of accelerated light. The project cost 25,000 million dollars, and the plans (No. 37459) were stored in the vaults of the Aeronautical Research Station, until they were stolen by a gang posing as International Rescue.[1]
