The second reporter is a character from Alias Mr. Hackenbacker. He is one of the observers of the demonstration of the new Skythrust airliner at London International Airport.
Other observers on the observation platform on top of Building 67 include Captain Saville, Commander Norman, a few other reporters, and the aircraft's designer, Hiram K. Hackenbacker.
